One of the main problems that seriously degrades athletes’ quality of life (and it bothers many others too) is pains in joints and ligaments. Pain is a signal not to be ignored, because the problem can have serious consequences.
As far as sports are concerned, there are two main reasons for joint and ligament paint: trauma and chronic fatigue from constant extreme loads – which will lead to trauma and illness sooner or later. So the sports science has a lot of experience protecting joints and ligaments during training and helping them recover. I always refer to athletes’ experience, because it’s a sure indicator of efficiency. What works well for extreme loads is sure to work in more ordinary cases.
Another problem that gives many people joint pains is the fitness industry’s failure to satisfy society’s demand for physical activity with well-educated, qualified couches – enough of them to teach adults who suddenly decide to lead a healthy lifestyle how to train safe. There are huge network gyms all over, eager to sell subscriptions, but they don’t always show how to do the most basic exercises. A woman who has never exercised will sign up and try to become fit in a month, a man will want huge muscles. These people will push at overloaded barbells, screwing up their rounded backs and displaced knees. They will quit in agony to live on painkillers and wonder lotions and complain that physical culture and sports are a sure way to the grave.
First, do not let your body degenerate. You take your car to maintenance, so do what needs to be done to maintain your body in a healthy state – especially since you can’t buy another one. If you decide to pursue something, start carefully and always under a qualified trainer. Only he can teach you move the right way and perform the exercises correctly, whatever you do. Correct technique and a good warm-up will make your joints and ligaments safe 90% of the time, if not more. As loads increase, you need to protect them, your entire muscle and skeletal system, help them recover.
The first thing that comes to mind for restoring cartilage and bone tissue are chondrotine and glucosamine-based drugs. Basically, it’s grandmother’s recipes – bone jelly and so on. And, of course, these are important ingredients, but science keeps inventing new things. My personal experience also counts for something. I was born in 1965, trained as a Soviet heavy lifter, I consult many leading athletes – Masters of Sports, Internal Masters of Sports, Honorary Masters of Sports etc., in Bryansk and in Russia. And though I’m over 50, I still train with weights of up to 300 kg, which means I know how to keep my back, spine and the rest healthy. So I would like to draw attention to an interesting drug now being sold – Tsigomax. It is different in that instead of chondrotine and glucosamine it contains herbal components with a small amount of finely ground reindeer antlers. It is very effective for restoring the function of joints, ligaments and the spine.
Tsigomax is produced in the form of 400 mg gelatine capsules, 60 capsules a pack.
REINDEER ANTLERS POWDER is pharmaceutically similar to pantocrine, but more effective, because it has 3.5 times as much bioactive agents. There are over 80 of these in all: peptides, amino acids, lipids, carbohydrates, hormones, nucleotides, minerals. Antlers powder is a bioavailable source of calcium and phosphorus – the building blocks of bone and cartilage.
Celery powder has a great deal of amino acids, glycosides, vitamins C, E and B group, carotinoids, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus (especially phosphorus and iron). In addition to the essential oil and vitamins, celery brings to the table asparagine, choline, the acetic and butyric acids, furocoumarines. It is used in the treatment of gout, osteochondrosis and rheumatism, in painkillers and for wound healing.
ANISE SEED POWDER is rich in essential oils (1-6%), contains anethole, methyl chavicol (10%), anise aldehyde, anise ketone and anise acid plus 8-28% of fatty oil. Anise is spasmolytic and anti-inflammatory.
DANDELLION ROOT POWDER has carotinoids, triterpene alcohols – arnidol and faradiol, sterols – p-sitosterols and stigmasterol. It also contains up to 24% of inulin, a fatty oil with glycerines of palmitic, oleanoic, linoleic, cerotic and melissic acids, glycosides (taraxacine and taraxacerine), which help chondrocites multiply and improve the cartilage matrix. It is used for osteoporosis, osteochondrosis, arthrosis and arthritis, bone protrusions and hernias, to speed up bone and tendon healing after traumas, mineral deficits. It helps restore bone tissue and create osteotylus when bones are broken.
I found it useful for preparing for competitions one famous Bryansk athlete – Sergey Sychev, the Russian multiple champion, the 2013 world champion, the silver medalist of the 2014 world championship, who competed in the 2nd Paralympic Games (he won 4th place in 2008 and 2012). He had pain in the shoulder ligaments. That is always a bad sign, especially for someone who competes with other paralympic athletes in bench press. Then it is a huge problem not just for his sports career, but for living generally. Sergey’s shoulders must move extreme loads, his best result in “benchless” bench press is 215 kg in the weight category of up to 72 kg. We discussed the problem and decided to try Tsigomax. After the first course, when we used 120 capsules (two packs), the shoulders practically stopped bothering him. After another course like that the problem was gone completely.
Alexey Motorkin, International Master of Sports, Sambo World Champion is another well-known athlete who found Inter-S’ products very useful in training for international competitions. He had damaged his shoulder ligaments, had had them operated and turned to Tsigomax for help in recovery. He has come back to the carpet now and delights fans with his victories.
For play sports, here is the story of Victoria Medvedeva, a professional basketball player. She has played for Spartak Moscow, Dinamo Spartak and Energya Ivanovo, won silver at the 2011 European Youth Championship, became the Russian Youth Team champion in 2012.
“Every athlete’s career depends on his or her health. I really understood this in 2012, when I came to train as usual and, doing standard exercises, felt a sharp pain in my left hip. I went through numerous doctors and examinations, who revealed that I had aseptic necrosis of the left femoral head. Doctors had different opinions, some even suggested retirement. But I consulted my agent and we decided to hang on to my career through an operation, then long recovery and systematic listening to my body needs. I returned to play a year later, but discomfort and pain in the hip remained for the whole season.
In the summer I was recommended Tsigomax. I was skeptical at first and doubted for a long time, but then read the reviews and people’s stories of their experience and decided to try. I started with it in the August of 2014. 2-3 months of intense training later I noticed the pain and discomfort were gone.
In December of 2014 I did an MRT and at the medical exam saw that all was well on the scans. The channels had almost closed up after the operation, although they had hardly started to six months prior, before Tsigomax. I still take Tsigomax, I am in the 8th month now, and the memory of the hip problem is fading away.
— Athletes and ordinary people for stimulating recovery after fractures and sprains, bone protrusions and hernias.
— Training athletes, especially before competitions, to strengthen joints and ligaments.
— This is usually overlooked, but Tsigomax can help recover after steroids, when one needs to make bones and ligaments healthy.
— Athletes in rehabilitation
— Middle-aged and older people to make bones and ligaments healthier — and keep them that way.
I wish everyone good health and success in sports and life.
